Our Firm has a multi-state and federal practice in Commercial Transactions, Bankruptcy, Creditors Rights, Securities law, ERISA/Employee Benefits, Real Estate, Construction/Architecture, Business and Tort Litigation, Patent and Trademark, and Trust and Estate Planning and Administration, QDROs and pension division in divorce.
Our Firm was founded in 1995. All of our principals are former partners or members of established firms, and all were formerly shareholders together in a large firm, and bring large firm expertise to our practice and clients.
Various members of the Firm are admitted to practice in the courts of Maryland, the District of Columbia, Illinois, California, and Florida. Various members are admitted to several U.S. Circuit Courts of Appeal and a number of federal district courts and the U.S. Supreme Court.
Mr. Daneker focuses his practice on litigation, real estate transactions, and estate and trust administration. Mr. Schumm is a registered patent attorney with the United States Patent Office prosecuting U.S. and international applications. He also has a long-time Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights practice, and is past chair of the Subcommittee on Agribusiness and Agricultural Finance of the American Bar Association. Mr. Prince focuses his practice on real estate and large commercial transactions, and operates the title company owned by the firm: Camden Title and Settlement. Mr. Manning focuses his practice on ERISA and employee benefits and employment relations. Ms. Widmann focuses her practice on trusts and estates, and on Qualified Domestic Relations Orders and the division of pensions in divorce proceedings.
The Firm, because of its admiralty, letter of credit, and securities practice, has advised clients in conjunction with international transactions.
Our goal is that each client feel that we are devoting the same effort, attention and cost consciousness that we would devote to a legal matter on behalf of ourselves or a family member.
The Firm does not issue opinions in conjunction with public securities offerings.
Several members of The Firm are admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court.

From points East, South and West:
Proceed from the West on the Baltimore Beltway south to Interstate 95, then north on Interstate 95.
From the West and South proceed north on Interstate 95 to Interstate 395 into Downtown Baltimore.
From the East proceed south on Interstate 95 past the Ft. McHenry tunnel to Interstate 395 into Downtown Baltimore.
Stay to the right on Interstate 395 and turn before the first light onto Conway St. Go two blocks and turn left (north) on Charles St. We are at the SE corner of Fayette and Charles Sts.
The easiest parking is left on Fayette into a tunnel in the middle of Fayette Street. Alternatively, you can park in the “Down Under” garage which can be entered by turning left across from Redwood St. as you were coming north on Charles St.
From points North:
Proceed down Interstate 83 which becomes a surface street at Fayette St. in Baltimore City. Turn right (west) and proceed past City Hall Plaza, and continue until you cross Charles St. and then park by proceeding into a tunnel in the middle of Fayette St. We are at the SE corner of Fayette and Charles Sts.
